Nucleus
Alt Native knows whether your brand belongs here.

How to use Nucleus
Nucleus is Native's brand hub. It's where everything we know about your company lives. Tone, colors, products, people, target audience. All of it, gathered in one place.
The better Nucleus is filled out, the better the content Native creates for you will be. It's that simple.
Here's how to get started
When you register the company, Native automatically fills out Nucleus based on your website. You don't need to do anything to get started. But it's worth 15 minutes to go through and correct it.
Here's the order we recommend:
Tone of voice. Read the description Native has created. Does it match how you actually speak? Are you more casual, tighter, more humorous or more professional than what's written? Adjust it.
Products and services. Is anything missing? Add it. Have we misunderstood something? Fix it. It's important that this is accurate.
Target audience. Who are you really talking to? The more specific you are, the sharper the content becomes. "Small businesses" is fine. "Managing directors in trades businesses with 5 to 20 employees" is better.
Visual identity. Check the colors and font. Upload a logo if Native hasn't found the right version.
Tips for a stronger Nucleus
Be specific about what you do NOT want. If you never say "quality" or "tailored," write that in. Native will avoid it.
Add internal knowledge. Things that aren't on the website, but are important: why you started, what you're proud of, what frustrates you in the industry. It gives the content character.
Update over time. Nucleus isn't a one-time setup. Launching a new product? Add it. Changing your positioning? Update the tone. Bringing in a new employee who will be the public face? Add that.
Why it's worth the time
Every minute you invest in Nucleus pays you back in the form of better content, less editing, and more consistency across channels.
Think of it as training a new marketing employee. If you spend an hour on day one explaining the company properly, you won't have to correct everything they deliver in the weeks that follow. Same principle here.
Log in, open Nucleus, give it fifteen minutes. It's the best investment you can make in Native.
