The brand assistant is the heart of Native. Here, you can help the agent get to know you and your brand better. It is simple and effective to use, so you save time and can focus on what you want.


How to use the brand chat

With the chat function under the brand, you can easily gather more information that Native can base its posts on. It’s easy. Do you want Native to save all your products? Then enter the URL that links directly to your product page, and the agent will automatically retrieve it. Or maybe you want more context around milestones for your company? Find the right URL and enter it!


Take control of your own brand

Inside the brand assistant, you can take control of your own brand. To the right of the chat, you will find context that the agent has already saved for you. Here you can upload more images, change colors, and get an overview. This is information that the agent will use to generate new posts.
