Several publishing bugs have been fixed: edited posts are published with the updated version, Facebook includes the image, and changes in carousels are shown without refreshing.

We have fixed a handful of bugs around publishing and editing that have been bothering users since the 2.0 launch.
Here’s how it works
If you edit a post that has already been scheduled, the updated version goes out, not the old one
Cross-posting to Facebook now includes the image, not just the caption
Changes in carousels appear in the preview right away, without you having to reload the page
"Generate new" in image editing no longer immediately fails with a toast error
