WooCommerce, so Native knows what is on your shelves.

On the Products page in Native, choose Connect your store, pick WooCommerce and type the address your customers shop on, like yourstore.com. There is no plugin to install, no API key and no login. Native reads WooCommerce's public Store API, which is on by default in current versions, and the first import starts right away. If you sign up with your store's address, Native often connects it for you once you subscribe.

Every product that shows in your store's catalog, up to 5,000. Out-of-stock products come in too, so Native knows what has sold out. For each product it reads the name, description, price and sale price, photos, stock, SKU, categories, tags, brand (on newer WooCommerce versions), ratings and review count, and the link to the product page. It also notes which products your front page features and which ones sell best. WooCommerce does not share when a product was added, so Native cannot tell which products are new.

Native keeps your catalog in sync with the store, and you can press Sync now on the Products page whenever you want the latest. Prices and sale prices update with each sync. A product that disappears from your store is switched off after two syncs in a row miss it. Changes arrive with a sync, not the moment you make them.

No. The connection only reads. Your products, prices and pages stay exactly as they are, and nothing is written back to WooCommerce. If you edit a product in Native, like its name, description, price or photos, the edit stays in Native and survives later syncs.

Check that the store is live and not in maintenance mode, and that you typed the address customers shop on. A security plugin that blocks the WordPress REST API (the /wp-json part of your site) also stops the connection. A brand can have one catalog connected at a time, so disconnect a Shopify store or Google product feed before adding WooCommerce. And only a brand's owners and admins can connect a store.

By default you keep your products, with your edits and photos. They just stop syncing. If you would rather clear them out, tick the box to delete what the store imported. Products already used in posts stay either way.

Yes, unless you switch on Autopilot, which publishes without asking each time. Native does not update a draft once it is written, so if a price changes or a product sells out in the meantime, give it a look before you approve it.
