On the Products page in Native, choose Connect your store, pick Shopify and type your store's web address, the one your customers shop on. There is no app to install and no API key or login to share. Your products start coming in right away. If you sign up with your store's address, Native often connects it for you once you subscribe.

Your published products, up to 5,000: names, descriptions, prices and sale prices, stock, product page links, collections, brand, product type, tags and SKUs. Native also reads when each product was added and which ones sell best. Up to eight photos per product are copied into your library in Native, and product videos are linked.

Native keeps your catalog in sync with the store, including changes to prices and sale prices. It is not real time. To bring in the latest changes, press Sync now on the Products page. A product that disappears from your store is switched off once it is missing from two syncs in a row.

No. Native only reads what your store already shows the public, and nothing is written back. Your products, prices and settings stay exactly as they are. Edits you make to a product on the Products page stay in Native and survive later syncs.

Check that the store is live and not password protected, and that you typed the address your customers shop on. A brand can have one catalog connected at a time, so disconnect any other store or feed first. You also need to be the brand's owner or an admin to connect a store.

By default you keep your products, with your edits and photos. They just stop syncing. If you would rather remove what came from the store, tick the box to delete the imported products. Products already used in posts are kept either way.

Yes, unless you switch on Autopilot, which publishes without asking each time. Native does not update a draft once it is written, so if a price changes or a product sells out in the meantime, give it a look before you approve it.
