Native Levels is live.
Most of marketing is showing up. A post on Tuesday, another on Thursday, ten minutes in Suggestions with your morning coffee. The businesses that keep going, week after week, are the ones that grow.
It is also the part nobody sees. The post goes out, the week moves on, and nothing marks the effort. So it slips.
Not anymore. From today, the work you do in Native earns XP. The suggestions you review, the posts you plan and the posts you publish take you closer to the next level. There are 100 of them, each with its own painted emblem, and every one adds Nuggets you can spend on a look that is yours.
Say hello to Native Levels.
Levels, in plain words
Think of it as a game laid over the work you already do. Nothing about how you use Native changes. It just starts keeping score.
XP is the score. Your level is how far you have come. Nuggets are what you collect along the way. Quests are small goals that fit your week, and achievements mark the moments worth remembering.
What earns XP
Publishing a post. 100 XP for up to 20 posts a day, each counted once, even when it goes out on five channels.
Scheduling a post. 25 XP for each of the first 10 posts you put on the calendar in a day.
Reviewing a suggestion. 10 XP for each yes or no in Suggestions, up to 30 a day.
A post that takes off. In its first 14 days, a post passes milestones as the views, reactions and comments come in, worth up to 600 XP. At 10,000 views it is a Breakout.
Quests and achievements. Each one pays XP and Nuggets on top of the work itself.
The daily limits reset at midnight where you are. Only real work counts: rewards arrive once the work is verified, and a post you delete takes its XP with it.
100 levels, and something at every one
Every level has its own painted emblem, from Spark at level 1 to Native legend at level 100. Every level also adds Nuggets to your wallet: 12 at level 1, rising to 1,250 at level 100.
From level 20, every tenth level adds a piece to your collection too. These are never sold. The only way to get one is to reach its level.
Level 20. The Bloom frame.
Level 30. Nugget seeker, an outfit for every character you own.
Level 40. Nova form, a second outfit.
Level 50. Griff the gryphon, a new character.
Level 60. The Obsidian frame.
Level 70. Beyond the stars, a painted night sky behind your portrait.
Level 80. Sol the phoenix, another new character.
Level 90. Aurora guardian, a cloak covered in stars.
Level 100. The Celestial crown, the frame at the very top.

Quests that fit your week
Quests are small goals with a reward attached. You pick them yourself: one for today, two for the week and one for the month.
Morning read. Approve or reject three suggestions today.
Plant tomorrow's story. Schedule one new post today.
Three stories out. Publish three posts this week.
Daily quests refresh at midnight where you are, weekly ones on Monday and monthly ones on the first. New quests open as you level up, so the goals grow with you.
A world that grows with you
Your level carries you across a painted map of your own, the creative coast. It starts with Getting started and runs through four chapters, each a place of its own, from the Glasshouse to the Sky studio at the top.
Levels open each chapter. Real results finish it: the views on the posts you publish, the likes, comments and shares they get, and how many posts you put out. Reach a chapter's landmark and finish two of its three chapter quests, and the chapter is yours, with its painting as a backdrop for your portrait.
Finish all twelve chapter quests and you have walked every road. That is worth 10,000 XP, 1,000 Nuggets and a legendary frame you cannot get any other way.

Find your character
Nuggets buy looks, and nothing else. Spend them in the Collection on characters, outfits, frames, painted backgrounds and colours for your portrait.
Your portrait starts as your own photo, or as Novi or Nova, Native's star characters. From there you can meet Fenn the fox, Orin the owl, Pip the puffin, Birk the bear, Fjord the dragon and more. Every character comes in two versions, and one unlock gets you both.
New pieces reach the store as you level up, from common to legendary, so there is always something to save for.

Your team levels up too
You have a level of your own. So does every profile, and so does your workspace.
A post you publish for a profile moves three levels at once: yours, the profile's and the workspace's. A Native ad that starts delivering earns XP for the profile and the workspace. Team rewards land in a shared wallet, and the team has a collection of its own: an emblem for each profile and a shared place for the workspace, each with five finishes to collect.
Team progress shows where everyone is on their own journey, so you can see who had a big week.
You are not starting from zero
If you already use Native, you do not start at level 0. Everything you have done since you joined counts: the posts you published, the suggestions you reviewed and the profiles you set up.
The first time you open Native after the launch, it shows you where you landed: your level, your achievements and the Nuggets waiting in your wallet.
It stays out of your way
Nothing you pay for depends on it. Your plan, your tokens and your posts work the same at level 1 as at level 100. Nobody can buy Nuggets, and Nuggets only buy looks.
Celebrations, your way. Levels, quests and achievements each get a short moment of their own, with sound. Turn the sound down or off, or choose calmer celebrations, in Preferences.
Your time zone. Daily and weekly quests follow the time zone you choose.
Where Levels sits
Native was built to run the whole job. The ideas come from your actual business. The words and the images are made in your voice. The week gets planned and published across your channels. The replies land in your inbox. The budget goes behind whatever works.
Levels does not add a job to that list. It makes the work you already do visible, and it gives you something back every time you show up.
How to get started
Native Levels is live today. Open Native and your level sits in the account menu. Storyline, Levels, Quests, Achievements and Collection each have their own page under Your progress in Settings.
New to Native? Finish the setup guide with Elin and Trond to reach level 1, and the First spark achievement adds your first 100 Nuggets.
You did not start your business to collect points. But you were always going to do the work. Now it counts.
Open Native and see your level.
We're just getting started.
