Norn is here.

Every post starts with a decision. What do we say this week? The new menu, the busy Saturday, the customer who came back for the third time?

That decision is most of marketing. Get it right, and the post works even when the photo is a little dark. Get it wrong, and people scroll straight past the best design in the world.

AI made everything after that decision cheap. Any model can write a caption in seconds and make a picture in a minute. What it cannot do is tell you which idea is worth making. Ask it for ideas, and you get the same ones everybody else gets.

So we built a model for the decision itself. Norn predicts which idea people will respond to, before anything is published. We call it artificial intuition.

Say hello to Norn.

Norn, in plain words

Think of Norn as Native's model for one decision: what to post. It does not write the post. It reads what Native knows about your business, weighs the ideas worth making, and puts them in order, best first.

Each idea comes with the point to make, the angle to take, the format, and why it fits now. When an idea rests on a fact about your business, Norn keeps track of where that fact came from, like a page on your website or a customer review, so it can be checked before anything goes out. Then Native writes and designs the post from it, in your voice.

The name comes from the norns of Norse myth, who weave fate at the roots of the world tree.

Why not just ask a language model?

Language models are brilliant at writing, images and video. They are bad at knowing what to talk about.

They are trained to predict the most likely next word, so their ideas drift toward the middle. The middle is exactly what people scroll past.

Norn is trained the other way round. It does not look for the most likely idea. It looks for the one that will stand out, for one brand, with one audience, at one moment.

It learns from what you decide

Every idea Native suggests leaves a trail. You approve it, rewrite it or turn it down. The post goes out, and it lands or it does not. Norn learns from the whole trail, across organic posts and paid ads.

  • Your yes and no. The ideas you keep and the ones you turn down shape what Norn suggests next for your brand.

  • Your reasons. When you turn ideas down and say why, Norn turns your reasons into lessons it follows for your brand.

  • What happened next. When a post does better than your usual, Norn notes what made it work.

More than 2,200 businesses run their marketing on Native. Every post they publish makes Norn a little sharper.

Already at work in Native

Norn is not a plan for later. Its first version already works inside Native, and the ideas Native suggests to you come through it.

Nothing changes about how you use Native. Keep approving, rewriting and turning ideas down. Each decision teaches Norn a little more about what your audience responds to.

Next: the Norn API

Today, Norn works for the businesses on Native. Next, we are opening it up.

We are building an API, so any product can ask Norn what to make before it makes anything. Send it a brand, and it will send back ideas in order, best first. Each one will come with the point, the angle, the format and why now, the sources behind it, and a prompt ready for the model you already use.

It is built for products that help businesses market themselves: content tools, website builders, booking systems, CRMs, and agencies with many clients. If your users ask what they should post, Norn is meant to answer.

The API is not live yet. Access opens from a waitlist, and we will email you when yours is ready. Pricing is not set, and you will see the price before you are charged anything.

Where Norn sits

Native was built to run the whole job. The ideas come from your actual business. The words and the images are made in your voice. The week gets planned and published across your channels. The replies land in your inbox. The budget goes behind whatever works.

Norn is the first step on that list. It works out what is worth making, before anything gets made.

How to get started

If you use Native, Norn is already working for you. Open Suggestions, and every idea you approve, rewrite or turn down helps the next ones fit you better.

If you build a product that makes content, join the waitlist for the Norn API, and we will email you when your access is ready.

You did not start your business to guess what to post. Now you do not have to.

We're just getting started.
