Your products, straight from your store
Native can now read your products from your store, so product posts start from what you sell, with the real names, photos and prices. There is nothing to install, no login to share and no key to copy.
What's new
In Memory, open "Products & services" and choose "Connect your store". Enter your Shopify or WooCommerce address, or the link to your "Google product feed", the one your store gives Google Merchant Center
Native reads up to 5,000 products, with names, descriptions, prices, sale prices and stock
Up to eight photos per product land in your library, marked "From your shop"
Native reads the store again once a day. "Sync now" starts a new read
When Native picks by itself, it skips sold-out products and gift cards. A pinned product goes first in your next product posts, three by default, even if sold out
A product just used waits three weeks while others can go first, or one week if there is news such as a sale or a return to stock
Brands that sell products choose under "Product posts" how many posts show them
An ad Native makes can feature a product and link to its page
The limits
Native only reads. Nothing you do in Native changes your store
A brand owner or admin connects it, and a brand holds one store or feed
The store must be open to the public, not password protected or in maintenance mode
A feed can be up to 50 MB and cannot be a zip file. Use its .xml or .txt address
A product missing from two syncs in a row is switched off in Native. Above 5,000 products, Native skips that step
A post already written keeps its words when a price changes, so check it before you approve
