TikTok joins the Inbox
TikTok comments now sit beside your other channels, and you answer them in Native. A brand on the old connection gets this by reconnecting. Messages are there too, except for accounts registered in the EEA (including Norway), Switzerland or the UK, where TikTok doesn't offer them.
What's new
Under "Comments" you can reply, hide, like or delete, where TikTok allows it on that comment. "Pin to top" is TikTok only
A TikTok channel on the old connection first shows "Reconnect TikTok". A different account or a new username can lose its history here
After reconnecting, videos post as Public. Turn on "Create as draft" to choose who sees them in TikTok
Outside those regions, messages reach TikTok Business Accounts that accept them. You can only reply once someone writes to you
TikTok allows replies within 48 hours of the customer's last message, and 10 messages until they write again. The text and each photo count as one
Photos must be JPG or PNG, up to 3 MB
