The team
Håkon Græsberg
CTO & Co-founder
From a village of 60 people to building Norway’s next big thing.
Håkon grew up in a village of 60 people where nobody had a university degree. He was supposed to become a forester like his father. Instead he found a loophole into NTNU’s computer science program, took it, and watched them close the loophole the year after. He specialized in AI at NTNU and EURECOM in France.
Before Native he built computer vision for autonomous inspection drones that cut cargo tank inspections from a week to a few hours. He built radar that monitors signs of life inside prison cells, now running in facilities in Norway and abroad. It has alerted staff to serious incidents and saved lives.
At Native, Håkon built the backend, the AI agent infrastructure and the platform architecture. He and the team won the Anthropic × Lovable hackathon at Slush. He mentored early-stage startups at Spark* NTNU for two years.
