The challenge
Paul runs the kitchen, the floor and the books. Social media always came last. A photo when someone remembered, then three weeks of silence. Meanwhile the chains around the corner post daily, and they show up first when locals pick a place to eat.
How Native works for the bistro
Native read the bistro's website and menu once and learned the tone. French classics, no fuss. Now it proposes a batch of posts every month: tonight's menu, seasonal dishes, the story behind the bearnaise. Paul approves them from his phone between services, and Native publishes to Instagram and Facebook on a schedule it picks for him.
The result
Three posts a week, every week, in the bistro’s own voice. The feed finally looks like the restaurant feels. And Paul still has not opened a design tool.
