Trond Haugå

Runs sales and financing at Native.
Trond co-founded a music festival at 17, and it sold out in its first year. At 18 he started the marketing company Flaks and ran it for five years.
He met Benjamin and Håkon at NTNU’s School of Entrepreneurship. When 1,600 Wepost users turned into fewer than five paying customers, the team changed who they sold to, and after that nine out of ten of Trond’s sales meetings ended in a deal.
He also got Founders Hub Oslo off the ground, a home for AI founders with OpenAI and Anthropic as partners, and built headoutofass.com, a game about Norwegian taxes that the country’s biggest papers wrote about.
