Trond Haugå
COO & Co-founder
Founded his first company at 17. Has been selling ever since.
Trond co-founded a music festival at 17. It sold out and made $100,000 its first year. At 18 he founded Flaks, a marketing company he ran for five years. Then he became an auditor at EY, and realized the world is up for grabs.
He met Benjamin and Håkon at NTNU’s School of Entrepreneurship. He has run sales and financing for Wepost and Native ever since. He wrote his master’s thesis in two weeks and put the other 4.5 sponsored months into the startup.
At Native, Trond sells and makes sure customers win. On the side he shipped a viral game about Norwegian taxes that the biggest papers in the country covered, and a booking service for saunas.
