Fewer clicks in, clearer answers out
Approve should mean approve. And when an ad stops showing, you should not need Ads Manager to find out why.
What's new
Approving an ad in "Suggestions" sends it straight to Meta, with no spend confirmation, once your ads setup is complete
The deck moves on at once, and the ad's row in the history beside it reads "Publishing…" until Meta has it
Click the delivery chip on a published ad in "Suggestions" to open "What is happening with this ad?"
It shows whether the campaign, the ad set or the ad itself is stopping it, or says it could not check
Each state, from "In review" to "Stopped showing", gets one plain paragraph on what it means and what to do
"Pause" now asks you to confirm, and says whether the ad stops showing or spending and how to get it back
